SHIFT 01: Why Connection is More Important than Ever

Communication is something that’s done transactionally, while connection is felt. Connecting takes a lot more intentionality if it’s done digitally. We need to be careful as humans that we don’t naturally chose convenience over connection. (And also guard our teams from disconnection.)
